What We Do

With over 20 years' experience in the building and design trades and projects ranging from home additions to custom kitchens and fine furniture, "what we do" often depends on what you, the customer, need. Having said that, what we specialize in is kitchen and bathroom design with a little "build" thrown in.

Who We Are

Richard Gleason:  Owner

After working for a Vancouver based renovation company for five years, it was time to start Gleason Construction, a renovation company.  We specialized in difficult projects, such as putting a full kitchen in a hallway, a bathroom in a closet or renovating a large real estate office without disrupting the brokers.  In 1999 we relocated to San Diego where several of the projects shown here are located, specializing in kitchen and bath design/build.   In 2005 we moved to our present location (Highland Park, Il.)again specializing in kitchen and bath design/build projects as well as designing and building fine custom furniture.
